Well, I had somewhat forgotten this blog had existed. I have just recently 'Soft Launched' my new blog at WolfMerrik.com -- Writing on AI, music, gaming, and of course continuing the trend of the Post Apoc.

It has been brought to my attention that Mad Nation is trying to raise the money for a second season.

Designer Gas Masks

Doing a random search Ironicly for cheap working gas masks, I found theses : 

And subsequently an article about them, and some information on the designer...

Not the most practical thing to own... but some REALLY cool fashion and design went into the production of these things.

Quote : If you like post apocalyptic fashion mixed with high end runway then you will love these diamond studded gas masks. No need to wait for the mushroom clouds to start a revolution. The masks were the creation of designer Diddo Velema, with Gucci and Luis Vuitton.

 Not something likely to rely on for protection from the harsh wateland.. but pretty damn cool if you ask me... Check it out!

Project Wasteland 0 - Free Flash Game

 I have found a free flash game called Project Wasteland 0 via Armour Games.

It essentially is a story less turn based combat game that has a post apoc setting, and attempts to mimic the style of Fallout/Wasteland.

Its a fun game to play, level up, and waste a few hours, so take a look:

It may not be much... but as far as flash games go that capture the play style of Wasteland or fallout goes... This pretty much as it all... Just lacking a story.

WD-40 -- Essential for survival!

We all know that WD-40 has sooo many uses for around the house (over 2000 I believe is the motto). But is this something we think of for surviving the apocalypse?

Well WD40 has written a survival guide for use with their product, and it is very much worth the read. ITs poignant, funny, and eerily true.

All I know is I got my can ready!
